1. Mr. Raja Sharma, learned counsel for the contemnor submits that order dated 29/09/2017 passed in WPC No. 5383/2008 has been complied with. The certificate authorizing the applicant/petitioner to practice as a notary was issued on 14/05/2019. In complying with the order dated 29/09/2017, some delay has been caused for which the respondent has sought apology by his affidavit dated 14/02/2019.

2. Mr. Kishan Lal Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already been appointed as a notary.

3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, considered their submissions made herein-above and perused the records.

4. Taking into consideration, that order dated 29/09/2017 passed in WPC No. 5383/2008 has been complied though with a delay of 19 months on 14/05/2019 and notary certificate has been issued to

the petitioner on 14/05/2019. For the delay caused in complying with the said order, the contemnor has sought apology, which is accepted considering the fact that the order in question has now been complied with.

5. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. However, the contemnor is directed to be careful in future. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge Harneet
