1. The relief sought for by the petitioner is that the petitioner inspite of the fact that there is an interim order in his favour has not been assigned any work by the authorities concerned.

2. Given the nature of dispute raised by the petitioner, ends of justice would meet if the direction is given to the respondents No. 3 & 4 to ensure that the petitioner is given proper duties till the representation is finally decided by the authorities.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
