Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents No. 2 to 4- Zila Sahakari Krishi Aur Gramin Vikas Bank has now merged into District Cooperative Central Bank Maryadit, Bilaspur and all the assets and liabilities have also merged into that Bank and that Bank is responsible for complying with the order of this Court dated 24.10.2017

passed in WPC No. 2816/2017.

A copy of the order passed in WPC No. 2816/2017 dated 24.10.2017 and copy of this order be served to the District Cooperative Central Bank Maryadit, Bilaspur for needful and compliance. 5.
