1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 29.09.2018 Annexure P/7, whereby the respondent No.7 has been appointed as Kotwar for village Sond, tahsil Berla, District Bemetara.

2. At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy available by preferring an appeal before the Collector/Sub-Divisional Officer. This Court, therefore, is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition in its present form.

-23. Reserving the right of the petitioner to question the order of appointment of the respondent No.7 before the concerned authority, the present writ petition in its present form is not maintainable.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.
