1. Office objection is over-ruled.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the complaint case which has been filed against the petitioner on 07.07.2017 is pending consideration and there is no substantial progress in the trial, therefore, the learned Special Judge, Electricity Act Rajnandgaon (C.G.) be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.

3. Be that as it may, since the trial is pending since 07.07.2017, learned Special Judge, Electricity Act Rajnandgaon (C.G.) is directed to consider and conclude the trial within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
