1. Heard on admission.
2. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as the petitioner has passed B.Ed. Examination on her own expenses while in service, she is entitled to receive two advance increments in view of the government circular dated 24.12.1988 and 01.03.1999. It is also submitted that in large number of identical cases, petitions have been allowed in terms of order passed in case of Yashwant Kumar Bhardwaj v. Municipal Corporation, Durg & another, 2006(2) MPJR-CG 96.
3. Once entitlement in law, in respect of those teachers, who have passed B.Ed. Examination on their own expenses while in service, have been finally adjudicated by this Court respondents authorities
-2are required to consider and pass necessary orders on their representation without insisting on filing another petition individually.
4. Accordingly, the respondent no.3- Block Education Officer, Dongargaon is directed to consider the petitioner's claim in the light of order passed in the case of Yashwant Kumar Bhardwaj (supra) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it would be open for the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to her under the law.
