1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the service of the petitioner was terminated by order dated 20.06.2019 passed by respondent no.2. Subsequent to the termination, he filed a departmental appeal before respondent no.3 Director, Agriculture on 04.09.2019, therefore, the prayer is that respondent No.3 may be directed to decide the appeal within a stipulated time.

2. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has been terminated from his service and thereafter the departmental appeal has been filed which is pending consideration, respondent no.3 is

directed to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible within an outer limit of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
