1. In the earlier round the litigation of petitioner has filed WPS No.557/2019. It is contended that the petitioner was appointed to the post of Dental Surgeon on contractual basis and was appointment on 08.06.2018 and has joined on 11.06.2018. For about 1 1⁄2 months to 2 months the respondent terminate the service of the petitioner on the ground that the department does not have sufficient fund to met the expenses and the said termination was challenged.

2. However, the termination was challenged on the aforesaid WPS no. 557/2019 and was dismissed the last concluding para has following conditions :-

"5. Needless to mention that for the period the petitioner has discharged his duties, he would definitely be entitled for the remuneration fixed as per the order of appointment and the department is directed to ensure that the same is released to the petitioner".

3. It is contended that the petitioner has made several representations as on the same can be complied with to the amount for work, which was rendered.

4. Considering the earlier observation made by this Court that the petitioner has already made the representation before the Respondent No.3/C.M.O., the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a fresh representation before the concerned respondent with all the relevant documents within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the representation so made shall be decided within a further period of three months.
