The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.82/2010 registered in Police Station Marwahi, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 409, 420 of IPC.

As per the prosecution case, the present applicant alongwith other co-accused while working in Adim Jati Seva Sahkari Samiti, Marwahi has misappropriated amount of Rs.25,15,119/- and shown different expenses on the basis of the false vouchers which were not actually incurred. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant though was resident of Marwahi he was shown absconding and other co-accused have been tried and few of them have been acquitted. He submits that no further investigation is necessary. He is in jail since 20/09/2018. Learned counsel submits that considering the facts the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Perused the order. It appears that charge sheet was earlier filed,

applicant was absconding, he is arrested on 20/09/2018, taking into fact that no further investigation would be required, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
