The present is a second bail application. Earlier bail application stood rejected on 08/05/2018. During the course of the proceedings it has been revealed that most of the witnesses have already been examined except for one or two witnesses to be examined. This by itself shows that the trial is at the fag end.

This Court in the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also taking note of the quantity of the Cannabis seized is not inclined to entertain the bail application. Bail application accordingly stands rejected. However, trial Court is directed to ensure the remaining witnesses to be examined at the earliest and the trial is concluded as early as possible.
