1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the claim of the petitioner has not been considered for grant of compassionate appointment.
2. There appears to be dispute as to whether the petitioner would be entitled for compassionate appointment, being a married daughter of the deceased employee.
3. The petitioner relies upon the judgment of this Court passed in the case of "Sarojini Bhoi v. State of Chhattisgarh & others" pursuant to which the scheme for compassionate appointment of the State Government has also been amended/modified by bringing the married daughter also with the ambit of the persons, who could be considered for grant of compassionate appointment.

Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing anything so far as the entitlement of the petitioner on merits, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents No.1 & 2 to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner in accordance with the scheme and rules governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
