1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer made in this petition is confined to issue a direction to the State to conduct a fair investigation so that the actual occurrence of incident may come to fore.

2. The prayer made by the petitioner cannot be disputed and it is expected that the State is bound to conduct a fair and impartial investigation taking into account the nature of offence involved.

3. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this petition stands disposed of.
