This is an application for restoration of WP No.2844 of 2005 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 12.5.2016. 3.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WP No.2844 of 2005 is directed to be restored to its original number, however, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2000/- to the Library Fund of

the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association within a period of one week.
