1) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 25/2018 registered at Police Station Rajhara, District- Balod, for the offence punishable under Sections 376(A), 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(A), 4 and 6 of POCSO Act.

2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 25.06.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3291/2018.

3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the second

bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. Certified copy, as per rules.
