Mr. D.R.Minj, Dy. Govt. Advocate for the State. Heard on application for restoration of CRMP No.225 of 2015, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 13.11.2017. On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the

application, which is supported by an affidavit, the order dated 13.11.2017 passed in CRMP No.225 of 2015 is recalled. Consequently, the CRMP No.225 of 2015 is restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the application for restoration of CRMP No.225 of 2015 is allowed.
