The order of transfer contained in Annexure P/1 annexed with the writ application had been issued keeping in mind that all those persons who have spent three years on a post and station were required to be transferred in terms of the directive of the Election Commission with the object of conduct of free and fair election.

The Appellant was posted as a Block Education Officer at Janjgir-Champa since 2014.

We have gone through the notification contained in Annexure P/1 to the writ application. This is not an individual transfer but enmass transfer as per the policy. 5.

In view of the above, the learned Single Judge has not committed any error by not entertaining the writ application by interfering with the order of transfer. 6.

The appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
