1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner on recommendation of CEO Janpad Panchayat has been transferred from Village Panchayat Kapdada, Block Dhamdha, District Durg to Village Panchayat Limtara, Blcok Dhamdha, District Durg.
2. It is contended that the said transfer has been made on 21.10.2019 which was ban period wherein no transfer could be effected and therefore the
transfer of the petitioner may be canceled.
3. Perused the transfer order.
4. On perusal of the transfer order, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation to Respondent No. 3 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be decided within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
