1) This application has been filed for correction of the judgment date passed in First Appeal No. 58 of 2003 on 10-8-2018. 2) Perused the application wherein it is found that in the order dated 10-8-2018 passed in FA No. 58 of 2003 there are some typographical errors crept in para 8 of the second page of the said order which require to be corrected.
3) Accordingly, it is directed that in place of para 8 of the second page of the order dated 10-8-2018 passed in First Appeal No. 58 of 2003 , it be read as under:
"8. Accordingly, the appeal is partly allowed. The decree passed by the trial Court is modified as under:
(i) Decretal amount of Rs.1,25,000/- shall remain as it is, but the interest on the said decretal amount shall be payable @ 9% per annum from 12-05-1995.
(ii) Other part of the decree shall remain unchanged. A decree be drawn up accordingly".
4) Rest of the order dated 10-8-2018 passed in FA No. 58 of 2003 shall remain intact.
5) In view of the above, MCC No. 874 of 2018 stands disposed of.
6) A copy of this order shall be kept in the original file of FA No. 58 of 2003.
