The Petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers : "10.a.

That, the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of an appropriate nature quashing the impugned 3 e-tender notices Annexure P1 (Colly) dated 28.09.2019; 28.09.2019 and 01.10.2019 respectively; and b.

That, the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ/direction/order of appropriate nature directing the Respondents to issue fresh e-tender notices or

reschedule the dates of the impugned e-tender notices permitting the Petitioner for participation in such newly floated or rescheduled dates of the impugned e-tender notices; and c.

That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ/direction/order of appropriate nature directing an inquiry against the Respondent No.3 for the acts of deliberate and malafide omission and commission, threby flouting the directions of the Courts; and d.

That, the cost of this petition may kindly be allowed in favor of the Petitioner; and e.

That, any other relief(s) or direction(s) which the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the above case may kindly be passed."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that by virtue of the reply filed from the part of the Respondents, the grievance of the Petitioner, more or less, stands redressed and in the said circumstance, the Petitioner does not intend to press the petition.
