1. Present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 4934/2018, which got dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 02.08.2018.

2. For the reason assigned in the said application and finding them to be satisfactory, the present MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed. WPS No. 4934/2018 stands restored to its original number.

3. No order as to costs.

4. This order would come into effect subject to the petitioner's removing the default in the original writ petition within a period of 7 days from today or else this order would loose its efficacy.
