Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the family of the petitioner has more than one vehicle, the papers of some other vehicle have been annexed to the writ petition, therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to prefer a duly constituted writ petition afresh.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
