There are some disputed facts with regard to the so-called encroachment of Government land at Tahsil Bilha. There is also some dispute as to the number of the plot of the land, which has been indicated in the Public Interest Litigation filed on behalf of the Petitioner which is being examined and looked into by the concerned Tahsildar.

Since the appropriate authority is already incession of the matter, therefore, there is no reason to believe that the law will not take its course. 3.
