1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the after completion of his training he joined at Kotadol Division, Koriya. Thereafter, by order dated 23.08.2019 he was transferred to Lakhanpur within the Forest Division, Surguja. Thereafter, the petitioner has joined his place of posting on 05.09.2019 at Surguja. Subsequently, while again an order of same date on 23.08.2019, the petitioner is said to be transferred to Chilphi Forest Division, Kawardha. It is stated that the petitioner has joined his place of posting from where again he has been transferred without any verification of the said transfer order.
2. Perused the Annexure-P-1 and the document which shows that the
petitioner after relieved by Annexure P-4 from his place of posting, vide order dated 03.09.219.

4. Perused the documents. Considering the facts, the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a representation before the concerned respondent with all the relevant documents within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the representation so made shall be decided within a further period of 45 days. Till then, the transfer in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to, if it has not been carried out till date.
