2. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the contempt proceeding has been initiated for acquisition of the petitioner's land and as such, the proceeding is in progress.

3. In view of the above, the contempt case stands closed for the present. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the same if cause of action arises in future.

4. Rule issued is discharged.
