1. Heard.
2. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially transferred by an order dated 22/08/2019 from Government Middle School, Khara, District Kabirdham to Government Middle School, Bhanpuri, Block Khairgaarh, District Rajnandgaon. Thereafter, he joined the place of transfer on 9/09/2019. Subsequently by the impunged order again on 1/10/2019 the petitioner has been transferred from Bhanpuri to Gotatola which is 50 kms away. It is contended that if the petitioner was surplus then he should not
have been transferred earlier and it would be frequent transfer as the petitioner only joined on 9/09/2019.
3. Considering the fact, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of 15 days from today to the respondent No.1. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 45 days. Till then the transfer order dated in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
