1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.403/2019, registered at Police Station Gudhiyari District Raipur for offence punishable under Section 420 of the IPC.

2. The applicant along with one co-accused had cheated the complainant on the pretext of booking his bus ticket and thereafter Rs.1,60,000/- was withdrawn on-line from his account. This was done when the applicant directed the complainant to respond to the call

made from another telephone.

3. Considering the nature of crime, it appears, the applicant's custodial interrogation is required, otherwise investigation may not lead to any headway.

4. Nowadays cyber crimes are increasing at rapid pace and are rampant. Therefore, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
