This is second bail application of the applicants. Their first bail application was rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No.2381/2019 considering prima facie case against them.

Counsel for the applicants submitted that the case was fixed for judgment. Later on, the application filed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. is allowed. Now, four prosecution witnesses are to be examined by the trial Court. He further submitted that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the second bail application and direction may be issued to the trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose of case within prescribed time.

Permission is granted, as prayed for.

Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.

Registrar (Judicial) is directed to send the copy of this order to the concerned Court immediately.
