Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that his application for grant of regular stage carriage permit for the route Bailadila to Basaguda via Bacheli, Dantewada, Geedam, Bhairamgarh, Bijapur, Avapalli and one return trip daily has been considered in the meeting held on 05.06.2018, however, the decision taken in the meeting has not been communicated to the

petitioner.

If the petitioner's case was taken up in the above stated meeting, let the decision thereon be communicated to the petitioner within 4 weeks from today. If no decision has been taken on petitioner's application, the same shall also be taken within the same period. The petitioner shall serve copy of this order before the concerned respondent within a week.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
