1. Heard.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's promotion was not considered, however, respondent No.3 was promoted despite the fact that the petitioner has raised certain objections in respect of his promotion. It is prayed by the petitioner before this Court that the petitioner has made representation in respect of the same, therefore, the representation of the petitioner may be

directed to be decided by the respondent No.1.

3. Considering the limited prayer made, at this stage without any observation on merits it is directed that the respondent No.1 shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
