1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner by order dated 23.08.2019 has been transferred from Forest Division Khairagarh to Forest Division Gariyaband and on same date another transfer order Annexure P-2 has been issued dated 23.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred to Bhoramdeo, Division Kawardha.

2. Consequently the petitioner is unable to join his new place of posting as the petitioner has been transferred to two different places on the same date.

3. Perused both the transfer orders.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been transferred to two different places on the same date, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the respondent No.1. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 45 days.

5. In the meanwhile, the transfer order of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
