1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the services of the petitioner has been transferred from office of District Programme Officer, Jagdalpur District Baster C.G. to the Office of Regional Women Training Institute, Jagdalpur as Deputy Director.

2. It is stated that one Shail Thakur has been appointed in place of the petitioner and she is junior to the petitioner and she cannot be appointed as

Deputy Director as she is Assistant Director. It is further stated that the petitioner was earlier transfer to Baster on 06.03.2019 and as per the clause 2.14 of the transfer policy when senior is transferred the post should not be filled up by any junior, therefore, there is a clear violation of the policy.

4. Considering the grievance raised, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation to Respondent No.1 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The representation so made shall be decided within a further period of 45 days.
