2. Admittedly, the respondent-Corporation has rejected the petitioner's representation for allowing the admitted consultation fees meaning thereby that the respondents are disputing the admissibility of the amount to the petitioner.

3. In view of the arbitration clause contained in para 6 of the agreement, the petitioner is now required to move in accordance with the agreement.

4. The writ petition would not be maintainable.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner for invoking the arbitration clause in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
