1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 17.07.2019 passed by the respondent No.2 thereby holding that the petitioners- students of the Chandulal Chandrakar Memorial Medical College, i.e. respondent No.6 would not be entitled for permanent registration with the Chhattisgarh Medical Council.

2. Today when the matter is called up the counsel for the petitioners so also counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that the respondent No.2 subsequently after due verification and inspection of the respondent No.6 institution has revised its order dated 17.07.2019 by issuance of a fresh order making recommendation to the Central Government dated 04.12.2019 asking the Central Government to issue necessary notification recognising the MBBS Course undertaken from the respondent No.6 Institution for the academic session 2013-2014 and 2014-2015.

3. Given the said recommendation dated 04.12.2019 by the respondent No.2 this Court is of the opinion that the impugned order Annexure P1 in the present writ petition has lost its efficacy.

4. Given the said subsequent development, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition itself has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of expecting the respondent authority to take further consequential steps in the light of the recommendations made by the respondent No.2 at the earliest.
