1. The present MCC has been filed for modification/correction in the order passed in WPS No.8655 of 2019.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the designation of the petitioner in WPS No.8655 of 2019 was wrongly mentioned and consequently, the wrong designation has been mentioned in the order passed in the said writ petition in order dated 21.10.2019. He would therefore submit that the designation of the petitioner may be corrected as "Rural Agricultural Extension Officer" instead of "Agriculture Development Officer".

3. On due consideration and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, the order passed in WPS No.8655 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the designation of the petitioner should be read as "Rural Agricultural Extension Officer" instead of "Agriculture Development Officer".

4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that already the representation has been filed. Consequently, the effect of order dated 21.10.2019 shall be followed.
