1. The dispute raised in the present writ petition is in respect of non granting of the subsidy that the petitioner is said to be entitled for under the Chhattisgarh State Fixed Capital Investment Subsidy Rules, 2014.

2. Perusal of the agreement which was entered into between the parties itself shows that in the event of any dispute between the parties, the same shall be first referred to the Govt. of Chhattisgarh and their decision thereon shall be final. The record further shows that the petitioner has raised a dispute before the State authorities vide Annexure P-2 dated 04.09.2019, however, there does not seem to be any further development on the representation/objection that the petitioner has raised.

3. Given the said facts, let the respondents 1 & 2 take an appropriate decision on the claim that has been raised by the petitioner vide Annexure P-2 at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner in addition, would be permitted to make an additional fresh claim before the State Govt. in terms of the agreement entered into between the parties for settlement of the dispute. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents 1 & 2 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
