By way of this Petition preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the Petitioner is questioning certain observations made at paragraphs 40 & 41 of the judgment dated 29.09.2018 passed in Special S.T No.74/2018 by learned Special Judge (Atrocities), Balrampur, Place Ramanujganj. 2.
At the outset, the Petitioner is not a party in the said matter nor any observation has been made against him. As such, the Petitioner has no locus standby to question any of the observations made in the impugned judgment. 3.
