1. The Challenge in the present writ petition is to the two orders dated 13.07.2015 Annexure P-1 and 29.06.2019 Annexure P-2.

2. At the outset, this Court does not inclined to entertain the writ petition as the order dated 29.06.2019 Annexure P-2 is challengeable order before the Collector. The petitioners have not availed the said remedy and have straightaway filed the writ petition. Reserving the right of the petitioners to approach the Collector for challenging the order Annexure P-2, the present writ petition in its present form stands disposed of.
