1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has performed inter-caste marriage with one namely Shri Kamal Kishore Meshram, therefore, Respondent No. 4 ( father of the petitioner namely Rambharosh Patel) is interfering with petitioner's married life, and as such, the petitioner and her husband need protection for the safety of their life and liberty.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application before the Superintendent of Police, Raigarh (C.G.) for providing

police protection and that will be considered within three days from the date of presentation of the application, in accordance with law and if necessary, the necessary protection shall be provided to them.

3. Certified copy today.

4. With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the writ petition stands disposed off.
