The limited relief that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to respondent no.4 - Chhattisgarh Nurses Registration Council to take appropriate decision on the inspection that was carried out in the petitioner's establishment on 24.5.2019 and further pass appropriate orders so far as the grant of admission and the intake capacity of the petitioner's establishment is concerned.

The said limited relief sought for by the petitioner is not opposed by the opposite side.

Given the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for and also considering the circumstances in which the present writ petition has been filed, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.4 to take appropriate decision on the inspection that was carried out in the petitioner's establishment on 24.5.2019 and also pass appropriate orders so far as the intake capacity of the petitioner's establishment for the academic session 2019-20 is concerned.

Let this exercise be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondent no.4 about the order passed by this Court today.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
