1. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was suspended for the period from 2013 to 2015 and subsequently the suspension order

was revoked by order dated 19.10.2015 but the petitioner was not paid the dues which were payable to him during the suspension period. Therefore, in the earlier round of litigation direction was issued to decide the representation of the petitioner for payment of dues during the suspension period, thereafter, the order have been issued by Director Panchayat and CEO Janpad Panchayat to release the amount due to the petitioner for the suspension period as per Annexure P-7, however, the same is not been paid to the petitioner till date. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation before Respondent No. 6 but the same is not been decided.

2. Perusal of Annexure P-7 shows that already order has been passed by the CEO Janpad Panchayat to release the dues of the petitioner by order dated 30.04.2019, but till date it has not been released. Therefore Respondent No. 6 & 7 are directed to release the dues of the petitioner according to order dated 30.04.2019 within 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
