1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Government Middle School, Karra Pali, Tahsil Kartala to Government Middle School Limapani and the transfer is not done according to the policy of the State. Therefore, the State may reconsider the transfer of the

petitioner. Learned counsel further prays that the petitioner may be given liberty to make a representation to the State.

2. Considering the fact and the prayer made, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation to concerned respondent within a period of three weeks. If the representation so filed shall be decided within a further period of 60 days.
