Justice Vimla Singh Kapoor Order on Board Per Manindra Mohan Shrivastava, J.
29/11/2019 Heard on I.A. No. 01, application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.
2.
This appeal against award dated 30.08.2017 has been preferred with delay of about 700 days.
3.
The only cause shown in Para - 3 of the application is as below:- "3.
That, the appellants having being informed to the judgment/order dated 30.08.2017 passed by the trial Court, immediately took necessary steps for initiating proceeding for
submission of the instant writ appeal. However, there is a short delay caused in processing the entire file and therefore, the delay caused in filing of the instant appeal may kindly be condoned."
4.
The cause shown hardly constitutes a sufficient ground for condoning the huge delay of 700 days'.
5.
The application for condonation of delay is therefore rejected. Consequently, the appeal is also dismissed being hopelessly barred by limitation.
