Shri Vipin Tiwari, Advocate for the respondents. Alleging non compliance of the order dated 23.09.2019 passed in WPS No.7702 of 2019, the present contempt petition has been filed. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order of transfer dated 12.07.2019 so far as petitioner is concerned, has been put on hold for some administrative reasons and the petitioner is required to join at Indouri.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is being denied joining both at Indouri as well as at Govt. Girls Middle School, Kawardha.

The counsel for the respondents submits that let the petitioner report for duty at Indouri and where she will be given joining immediately without any hurdle. The respondents also undertake that the petitioner shall also be paid salary for the entire period. In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the respondents, let the petitioner go and report for joining at Indouri and the respondents should also process the claim of the petitioner for releasing unpaid salary for the intervening period till date. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is expected to report for duty at Indouri on 24.02.2020 itself where she was posted prior to her transfer.
