Shri Ayaz Naved, appearing for the respondent/s submits that the State has in-fact subsequently challenged the order passed by this Court on 29.11.2018 by way of a Writ Appeal i.e. W.A. No. 194 of 2020 and the Division Bench has also passed an interim protection to the State so far as effect and operation of the order of this Court is concerned vide order dated 15.07.2020.

Given the said submission, the Contempt petition as of now stands disposed of, reserving the right of the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies after the disposal of the Writ Appeal No. 194 of 2020. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE J-
