1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 24.06.2019 passed in WPS No. 4472/2019.

2. Today, Shri Animesh Tiwari appearing for the respondent produces an order dated 23.09.2019 whereby the Secretary of Health and Family welfare department vide order dated 21.09.2019 has taken a decision not to revoke the suspension of the petitioner. The said order dated 23.09.2019 is taken on record.

3. In view of the facts that the respondent has now rejected the representation of the petitioner so far as revocation of suspension is concerned, this Court is of the opinion that the order stands fully complied with.

-24. If at all, if the petitioner is aggrieved of the order dated 23.09.2019, the petitioner would have the liberty to challenge the same in an appropriate fresh proceedings, accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
