1. Petitioners' application for settlement of claim is pending consideration before the respondent Insurance company for last more than two years.

2. At this juncture, Shri Ratan Pusty, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that the Insurance Company shall consider and decide the pending issue and the grievance of the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from today.

3. In view of the statement made, nothing survives in these petitions for adjudication. Let the respondents consider and decide the application of the petitioners within the time stated by them, in accordance with law and on its own merits.
