The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the advertisement which has been issued by the respondents for filling up the post of Guest Faculty. 2.

Perusal of record itself would show that, the petitioners have participated in the various recruitment process and have been found selected and also been granted with an order of appointment for the academic session 2018-2019.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have been granted appointment, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present Writ Petition.

Reserving the right of the petitioners to agitate any other grievance which the petitioners may have by way of a fresh duly constituted writ petition for redressal of their grievance, the present Writ Petition in its present form stands disposed off.
