Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an application before the respondent on 25.9.2018 for counter signature of regular stage carriage permit on the route Raipur to Bilaspur via Simga, Nandghat, Sargaon and back one return trip daily for grant of permanent stage carriage permit, which is pending consideration.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, if there is an application filed by the petitioner, the same has to be decided

within a reasonable time.

Considering that the period of 60 days has already elapsed, it would be appropriate to direct respondent authority to decide the petitioner's application within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
