There is already a law and rules in place providing for facilities of Rain Water Harvesting in the State of Chhattisgarh. This PIL is disposed off with an observation that all the authorities saddled with the responsibilities of implementation and enforcement shall ensure that the law is followed. 3.

PIL stands disposed off in terms of above observation. Individual breaches may be brought to the notice of authority.
