1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was working as Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Avari, Janpad Panchayat, Daundi, District Balod (CG) by order dated 10.10.2019 his services has been transferred to Gram Panchayat, Dhurvatola, Janpad Panchayat, Daundi District Balod (CG).

3. It is contended that the Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Avari and others have requested to CEO, Jila Panchayat, Balod, District Balod not to transfer the petitioner and the petitioner has also made a representation to the CEO.

4. Perused the document. The Annexure P-2 shows that the Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Avari and others have made a representation to the CEO, Zila Panchayat, Balod not to transfer the petitioner and the petitioner has also made a separate representation (Annexure P-3) to cancel his transfer. Since it is contended that the transfer are finally been done by the Collector, it is directed that the petitioner shall make afresh representation in this regard within a period of two weeks from today before the respondent No.2 and the said respondent in turn shall consider and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of the representation. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
